Abstract
Here we report the draft genome sequence of Arthrobacter sp. ATCC 49987 consisting of 3 contigs with total length of 4.4 Mbp. Based on the genome sequence, Arthrobacter sp. ATCC 49987 is reclassified as Pseudarthrobacter sp. ATCC 49987.
