Abstract: With the global challenges we face today, we cannot afford to lose any talent because of biases, bullying or harassment. While leadership can set the tone for creating a collegial and inclusive environment, everyone has the ability and responsibility to be an ​“upstander”, one who speaks or acts in support of an individual that is the target of such aggressions.

This talk will discuss ways in which you can participate in creating a collegial, inclusive, positive, and respectful professional environment in your laboratory.
