Abstract: I will talk about our efforts on using high throughput microfluidic experiments and computational modeling to understand and manipulate complex biological systems like immune pathways. I will also talk about the technologies we develop to enable this research, particularly in single cell analysis, automated cell and organoid culture, and high throughput single cell proteomics.
