Abstract: Thanks to the increased speed of area detectors, X-ray tomography has evolved from looking at static samples to monitoring the 3-D evolution of dynamic systems. This development has presented new challenges in data collection and data processing that require the introduction of streaming analysis and experimental steering. This talk will describe the current tools for data collection and data analysis in use at the Advanced Photon Source tomography beamlines to enable automation and data collection and data analysis reproducibility.
