Argonne National Laboratory was the host site for the February meeting of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Manufacturing Association. Chris Heckle, the Director of the Materials Manufacturing Innovation Center at Argonne welcomed the group and encouraged collaborations, promising a great partnership and working experience with the Argonne team.
“We are committed to bringing the full scope and scale of our technologies and innovations into the practical applications needed by an Illinois manufacturer. This is an excellent time for private industry to partner with the Department of Energy on improving and expanding technologies and outreach,” said Heckle.
