Blanca Arroyo is the Senior Financial Manager for the Advanced Energy Technologies (AET) and the Nuclear Technologies & National Security (NTNS) directorates at Argonne National Laboratory.  Blanca holds both a Bachelors of Science and MBA degree from the University of St. Francis and completed the University of Chicago Strategic Laboratory Leadership Program (SLLP) in 2022. 

Blanca began her career at Argonne in 1995 and has held various positions, most recently Financial Business Partner and Assistant Division Director.  She has more than 27 years of experience in dealing with policies and practices in finance, budgeting, procurement, proposal development, document control, and other operational management activities with the primary focus being financial in nature.
