Biography
Cailin Buchanan is a postdoctoral researcher in the Energy Conversion and Storage Group within MSD. Her focus areas include fundamental electrochemistry, applied battery testing, and economic and environmental modeling of energy storage systems. Cailin completed her PhD in Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan in 2022 and also has a Master of Science in Engineering and Master of Science in Sustainable Systems (2018) from the University of Michigan. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2016.
