Courtney Cutinello is a University Student Operations Coordinator at Argonne, where she coordinates with mentors to hire students into internship programs, while also collecting and analyzing student data to improve mentor-student engagement. She uses the data to improve the effectiveness of the Lab’s university programs. In addition, she provides training and support for Argonne’s Workday Recruiting Application Platform, which streamlines student processing for appointments with the Lab.

Courtney graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Education. Her current goal within her work at Argonne is to tap into the resources of the Student Processing & Improvement Team and empower a greater sense of communications and community within the team. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her dog.
