David Lenz was a Givens Associate at Argonne in 2019, during which time he investigated methods for efficient model fitting of scientific datasets. After receiving his Ph.D. in mathematics, with specialization in computational science, from the University of California San Diego in 2020, he joined Argonne as a postdoctoral appointee.
