David has 35 years of engine dyno testing and facility maintenance experience including 18 years at Argonne National Laboratory, where he is currently working as senior technician in the Experimental Operations and Facilities division.

David is skilled in test cell operation. David has constructed, operated and maintained a variety of dyno test facilities. David has contributed to an assortment single cylinder and vehicle engine testing programs using a variety of fuels and after treatments.

David attended South Suburban College, where he obtained a A.S. degree in construction technology.

David has earned multiple Pacesetter Awards, a Board of Governors Safety Award, and an Impact Award.
