Biography

Ed has 35 years of experience in electronics/instrumentation repair and fabrication including 3 ½ years at Argonne National Laboratory. During his tenure at Argonne, Ed has worked on small-scale sodium experiments in the building 370 ALEX facility and safety interlock systems for the APS beamline. He is currently working in the Physics Division to support Gamma sphere detector repair and electronic upgrades. In addition to detector work, Ed provides electronic technician support to design engineers.

Prior to Argonne, Ed worked for Navistar Engine  Engineering 19 years where is primary responsibility was maintaining instrumentation and control systems for diesel engine test cells.

He attended Joliet Junior College where he obtained an A.S. in Electronics Engineering.
