Biography
Eetu Pelimanni is a Postdoctoral Appointee in the Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Physics Group in the Chemical Sciences and Engineering Division. His research focuses on characterizing the electronic properties and (ultrafast) dynamics of atoms, molecules, clusters, nanoparticles and solutions using soft and hard X-rays at synchrotron and free electron laser facilities. He has expertise especially in the application of photoelectron and Auger electron spectroscopy, ion mass spectroscopy and multi-particle coincidence techniques, as well as in developing experimental instrumentation.
