Biography

Emily Zvolanek has been a Senior Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst in the Environmental Science Division at Argonne since 2010. Her specialties include cartography, python programming for GIS, and the application of geospatial methods to environmental, cultural, visual, and socioeconomic analyses.

In addition to her technical work, she is highly involved with Argonne’s Women in Science and Technology program and is co-lead of the CELS DEI Committee.
