Dr. Wilson has over 20 years of research and development experience in industry and government in the design, qualification, and commercial deployment of surface-engineered components for nuclear and non-nuclear applications. 

His nuclear engineering and materials science projects have included advanced reactor design and licensing with nuclear quality assurance standards. He holds multiple patents, and has previously served on the International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative. 

He currently works in U.S. Department of Energy nonproliferation programs where he serves as the Reactor Conversion National Technical Lead for the LEU re-design of the U.S. High-Performance Research Reactors.
