Biography

Greg Morin is the Director for the Office of Strategy, Performance, and Risk for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Argonne National Laboratory. Mr. Morin is responsible for helping the laboratory set effective strategy to inspire and guide work and for oversight of the delivery of processes to improve performance and identify and mitigate risk. In addition, he guides the laboratory’s internal investment portfolio, ensuring its alignment to Argonne’s strategy and risk.

Prior to joining Argonne, Mr. Morin worked with Gillum Strategy Partners, where he led a variety of client engagements solving business strategy and commercialization challenges. He was also a Program Manager for Northrop Grumman and completed a career in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer with a variety of positions flying and leading engineering and program development activities.

Mr. Morin received a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
