Biography

Hernan Delgado is an Energy Systems Analyst at Argonne National Laboratory. His research involves the design of novel chemical processes to produce renewable chemicals and renewable fuels, as well as the analysis of CO2 capture technologies and processes for CO2 utilization. He furthermore conducts techno-economic analyses (TEA) and life cycle assessments (LCA) to understand the conditions under which these technologies could be cost-competitive and significant less carbon intensive than benchmark processes.
