Jeremy Kropf

Physicist

Jeremy Kropf is a Physicist for the Catalysis and Energy Conversion Theme in the Chemical Sciences and Engineering Division at Argonne National Laboratory

Biography

Jeremy Kropf uses synchrotron X-rays to study batteries, catalysts, and electrocatalysts. His primary expertise is in situ and operando methods for X-ray absorption spectroscopy. He is developing X-ray emission spectroscopy at APS/MRCAT/10-ID using wavelength-dispersive, bent Laue and Bragg analyzers with 2D image detection tuned to the energy and energy resolution required by the experiment.
