Research Interest
Jiefei Zhang is a staff scientist in Material Science Division. She is a quantum optics experimentalist and is expert at optical spectroscopy of quantum materials and structures and quantum optical tomography. Her interest and focus include studying entanglement (photon and spin-photon entanglement), quantum decoherence, and developing new spin qubits and integrated hybrid photonic structures for applications in quantum sensing, quantum communication and quantum networks.
