Kyaw Zin Latt

Postdoctoral Appointee

Biography

Dr. Kyaw Zin Latt is a postdoctoral research associate for the Critical Materials project in the Quantum and Energy Materials (QEM) group, the Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM) at Argonne National Laboratory. He received his Ph.D. in experimental condensed matter physics at Ohio University in 2019. During the graduate study, he used the low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) to study the self-assembled 2D organic molecular structure and electronic properties. After graduation, he was appointed as postdoctoral scholar (2019-2020) at Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering (PME) at University of Chicago for the development of the near-field scanning chemical vapor deposition instrument.
