Mark is a Senior Attorney in the intellectual property group. Mark primarily focuses on intellectual property and related agreements, research security, export controls and foreign engagements. He has extensive experience in government contracts, intellectual property, commercial law, and complex regulations. Mark obtained his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and worked as an engineer at Texas instruments before returning to earn his master’s in business administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Iowa.
