Economic Resilience Analyst

Biography

Patrick Cuscaden is an Economic Resilience Analyst within the Decision and Infrastructure Sciences Division. His primary role serves as an analyst for the National Economic Research and Resilience Center where he develops and implements program evaluation methods and data analysis. Within DIS Patrick additionally supports clean energy and resilience projects for FEMA and the Department of Energy. Previously, he held positions in the private sector as an economic consultant and a financial analyst. Patrick received a B.S. in Business Administration from DePaul University and a M.S in Economics and Policy Analysis from DePaul University.
