Scott has 28 years of experience at Argonne National Laboratory, where he is currently working as Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician in the Experimental Operations Facilities.

Scott is skilled in installation of stainless steel gas and liquid lines for experiments and facilities. Scott has installed all of the stainless steel lines in the MERF, working with all sizes of tubing from 1/8 inch up to 1 inch. Scott installed the copper nitrogen line from building 369 Annex to 369 experiments and on into building 370 to service the MERF. As a QEW2 electrical worker, Scott works with scientists and building maintenance to install new electrical service, from electrical panel to equipment.

Scott has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences from Joliet Junior College. Scott has been instrumental in multiple projects, two of which earned patents. Scott has received Spot Awards for safety.
