Vishwas Rao was a summer intern at Argonne in 2013, when he worked on optimal power flow. He received his Ph.D. in computer science from Virginia Tech in 2015 and was a postdoctoral fellow at ICES, University of Texas, before joining Argonne in 2017 as a postdoctoral researcher.
