The Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM) is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., except for laboratory holidays and during maintenance shutdowns.

Carbon, the high-performance computing facility, and the joint CNM/Advanced Photon Source (APS) Hard X-ray Nanoprobe facility at Sector 26 of the APS are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, except during maintenance shutdowns.

Users are expected to schedule their work in advance in consultation with their CNM scientific contact and/or tool custodians.
