Complete Your Work at CNM

Now that you’re wrapping up your work at the Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM), complete these important actions:

  1. Credit CNM in your publications
  2. Report all publications to the CNM User Office
  3. Complete a User Activity Report online
  4. Take the CNM User Satisfaction Survey

Report all publications to the CNM user office

Email the CNM User Office as soon as your paper is published.

NOTE: A limited set of information including your name, institutional affiliation and project title will be publicly disseminated in the DOE Office of Science user facility user projects database on the Office of Science website at the end of the fiscal year.

Data Retention Policy

CNM facility users who generate and store data on CNM-owned equipment have 30 days from the expiration of the relevant User Work Approval to copy or move their data to non-CNM-owned equipment. After that time, CNM may delete the data, including backups, from CNM-owned equipment.
