Beverly Marzec, a Multi-Functional Business Partner for the directorate, has demonstrated outstanding leadership by consistently considering the needs of her team when making decisions and cultivating an environment where others feel safe to voice their questions, ideas and concerns. Marzec makes herself accessible as a resource to those she supports, using her vast institutional knowledge and experience to encourage personal and professional growth in her team. Her leadership embodies Argonne’s Core Values of Impact, Respect, Integrity and Teamwork.
Each month, the PSE Associate Laboratory Director and Division Directors review PSE Employees of the Month nominations and select recipients. All Argonne employees are eligible for nomination, including people within PSE and those who work with PSE. All PSE staff, postdocs and students are welcome to submit nominations.
