Paulette Dahlberg, administrative assistant for Argonne’s Physics (PHY) division, supports staff with outstanding efficiency and knowledge of laboratory processes. She consistently goes above and beyond to help the division solve problems and improve processes. Her efforts demonstrate Argonne’s Core Values of Impact, Respect, Integrity and Teamwork.

Ivan Tolstukhin, a physicist in PHY, supported the installation, testing and operation of the HELIOS spectrometer at ATLAS. He spent eight weeks of long days and evenings setting up this hugely complex system. His extraordinary dedication had an impact, enabling a successful experiment of strategic importance to Argonne and its collaborators.
Each month, the PSE Associate Laboratory Director and Division Directors review PSE Employees of the Month nominations and select recipients. All Argonne employees are eligible for nomination, including people within PSE and those who work with PSE. All PSE staff, postdocs and students are welcome to submit nominations. The call for nominations opens on the first of each month.
