Dr. Hobbs is a theoretical physicist who explores non/perturbative Quantum Chromodynamics through a mix of theory and computation, as well as implications to and from particle physics experiments at diverse energies.
My research focuses on searches for new physics beyond the Standard Model. Specifically, my work involves searching for evidence of a new symmetry in nature: Supersymmetry (SUSY).
Manoj Jadhav is interested in the development and testing of the ultra-fast silicon detectors and the CMOS silicon detectors for particle identification and tracking. He is currently involved in the Electron-Ion Collider and AMEGO-X (AstroPix) projects.
Eve Kovacs began her career in theoretical particle physics but now works on cosmology. Her interests include production of mock sky catalogs for sky surveys, galaxy formation & modeling and the exploration of cosmological applications of machine learning
Brandon is a theoretical physicist who is interested in expanding our knowledge of QCD through the applications of machine learning and AI-augmented theory calculations.
