Simulations

The Simulations team is one of three groups involved in Threadwork that explores relationships from materials research to applications.

The simulation framework facilitates the all-to-all relationships among neuromorphic materials, THz interconnect materials, and the HEP/NP detectors. This co-design is essential to identifying the most promising vectors for materials and devices research for impact on microelectronics and HEP and NP detectors. The Threadwork simulation stack includes both traditional simulation models and surrogate models for materials through application levels.
